Who Is Mr. SlumLord?

I built BulletProof Lease to give landlords a simple way to protect rental income and stay in control. My work comes from real experience managing low income rentals without excuses. I moved into the business when most landlords in this state were still tip-toeing. I saw the game early — 10-unit blocks, low-income workers, tenants who think rent is optional. I didn’t sign up for that. I signed up to make money, keep it, and run the building like it should be run.

I own dozens of multi-family buildings across Connecticut. I retired from the 9-to-5 when I was in my 40s because I stacked enough units, locked in cash flow, and built systems so tight, the tenants don’t dare slack.

Over the years I’ve written two books. I’ve been a keynote on 50-state stages. I’ve been asked by producers to join reality TV because they saw how I manage the mess others lose money on.

What I teach: how to buy wisely (no fantasizing), how to manage ruthlessly (without being a jerk), and how to scale under low-income regulations so you don’t get squeezed out by laws, courts, or government nonsense.
