Landlord Coaching Program

The Landlord Coaching Program is a digital, self-paced educational program made up of recorded video modules, forms, letters, spreadsheets and the BulletProof Lease, delivered through a private online folder.

Delivery. After your payment clears, access to the private program folder is shared with the email address you used at checkout, and a link is sent to you. Use the email address that is linked to your access to open it.
Personal use only. Your access is personal to you and is not transferable. You may download the materials for your own use. You may not share your access or the materials with others, and you may not resell, publish, post, distribute or reproduce them in whole or in part. We may remove access if these terms are broken.
Educational only. The program is for education and information. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and it does not promise or guarantee any income or result. Real estate investing involves risk, including the loss of money. You must verify all laws and requirements where you operate and consult your own attorney, accountant and other qualified professionals before you act.
Forms and documents. All forms, letters, spreadsheets and the BulletProof Lease are templates. You must edit them for your property and location and have your attorney review them before use.
No refunds. All sales are final. Because you receive instant digital access, there are no refunds, exchanges or credits for the coaching program.
