No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. BulletProof Lease sells digital products: documents, spreadsheets, tools, and the Landlord Coaching Program. Because you receive instant access to digital content at checkout, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits on any product.

Please read before you buy

• Every product page describes exactly what you receive. If you have a question before buying, email us first.
• The BulletProof Lease and all other documents are templates. You must edit them for your property and location and have your attorney review them before use.
• The Landlord Coaching Program is educational. It does not promise or guarantee income or results.
• Coaching access is personal to the buyer and tied to the email address used at checkout. Sharing access is not permitted.
