I moved into the business when most landlords in this state were still tip-toeing. I saw the game early: 10-unit blocks, low-income workers, and tenants who think rent is optional.
I own dozens of multi-family buildings across Connecticut. I retired from the 9-to-5 in my 40s because I stacked enough units, locked in cash flow, and built systems so tight that the rent gets paid.
Over the years I’ve written two books and keynoted stages across the country. Producers have even asked me to join reality TV because of how I manage the mess others lose money on.
